The YSW 25th anniversary gala concert will take place on a large open-air stage directly in front of City Hall on Weimar’s historic Market Square. The concert will feature many of the audience favorites from over the years in a variety-filled program ranging from traditional klezmer to contemporary, progressive Yiddish rock. Some seating is available and there will also be plenty of room for dancing.

Please note: The concert will also take place open air in light rain. Please be prepared for this. Only in the event of severe weather will we move the concert to mon ami. In this case we will inform you on the YSW website and by e-mail on the day of the event.

For safety reasons, we ask you not to bring glass bottles, thermos flasks and other dangerous items to the concert. Please also do not bring any bags larger than A4. There will be a bag check at the entrance. Thank you for your understanding!
