Concert with the Elephant Band
The Weimar Elephant Band is a varied, colorful school orchestra from the Jenaplan School in Weimar in cooperation with the Weimar Music School. In a program they prepared especially for today, the young musicians present Jewish music from the klezmer tradition and they play pieces on the theme of "Treasures"!

Circus Performance with Tasifan
The Tasifan youth troupe premieres a 30-minute mini-production telling the story of the Jewish history of Erfurt through circus. Under the direction of visiting artist Eliana Pliskin Jacobs, the show features circus disciplines from acrobatics to aerials, storytelling, and music inspired by elements of Erfurt's Jewish past. Come one, come all to see young emerging artists performing a site-specific tale of resilience with dazzling feats of acrobatic skill, beautifully framed by history and Yidishkayt!

Open circus training for everyone! Come learn and try basic circus skills from aerials to juggling in a safe and supervised circus environment. Open to participants of all ages and abilities.

Parade to the Dance Hall
Led by three bands, all visitors will parade from the Alte Synagoge, the Kleine Synagoge, and the square near the Mikvah to the parking area behind the City Hall, where the Dance Hall once stood, for a community dance accompanied by live music from the Yiddish Summer Band!
