If you’ve ever been to a Yiddish Summer Weimar student concert, you know the special warmth and excitement that come from eight days of working hard, playing hard, and learning together. Now the moment has arrived for participants to share what they’ve learned, created, and experienced—cheered on by an appreciative and supportive audience. 

Tonight’s program offers a colorful bouquet of klezmer music, Yiddish song, and Yiddish language, presented by workshop participants aged 18 to 80 from around the world. Their diverse backgrounds and life experiences come together in a celebration of creativity, community, and cultural exchange that is uniquely Yiddish Summer Weimar. 

Come share in the energy, joy, and discovery that have filled this week. And if this is your first YSW student concert, we’re quite certain it won’t be your last!

  • In case an outdoor event has to be canceled after more than 45 minutes of the program due to weather or other reasons beyond our control, the admission fee will not be refunded.

  • Discounts are available for pupils and students (primary school through university), trainees (ID required), social benefit recipients and recipients of basic income support for retirees (ID required) and for Social Service Year Volunteers.
