To celebrate the 25th anniversary of YSW, we're revisiting many of the annual topics that have guided our journey through the years. Each topic, such as Ashkenaz I & II, The Other Europeans, or Ottoman Routes & Roots, among many others, has revealed new horizons, changed how we understand cultural history, and inspired new artistic creation. Hundreds of workshop faculty artists and thousands of participants from Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Japan and elsewhere who met at YSW now make up an international learning community that flourishes through mutual appreciation, cooperation, and respect. 

Tonight’s concert presents the faculty artists teaching the first week of workshops this year.
