Mo, Jul 20 ‘26   06:00 @St. Christopheruskirche Tiefurt | Admission: 10€

The star of the ARD (German public broadcasting) television series Die Zweiflers, Eleanor Reissa, and Grammy Award winner Frank London have been performing together on stages around the world for many years.
Their concerts are marked by musical curiosity, innovation, excitement, and storytelling through melody. Their hip, heymish, and enormously entertaining approach to Yiddish song and musical storytelling is open, international, and stylistically diverse, reflecting their deep personal roots and profound connection to this music and culture.

Eleanor Reissa is a native Yiddish speaker and is known from the television series Die Zweiflers as well as for her work as a singer and actress on Broadway and television. She is also an acclaimed playwright and author. As the daughter of Auschwitz survivors, her artistic work is deeply connected to Jewish memory culture and personal history.

Grammy Award winner Frank London is one of the world’s best-known and most versatile klezmer musicians. As a member of The Klezmatics, he has helped shape the development of new Yiddish music for more than 40 years.

Patrick Farrell is internationally recognized for his extraordinary musicality spanning klezmer, jazz, and avant-garde music.

Together, these three artists present Yiddish songs and klezmer music with a sense of joy, virtuosity, and playfulness rarely experienced on today’s concert stages.
