To celebrate the 25th anniversary of YSW, we are revisiting many of the annual topics that have guided our journey through the years. Each topic, such as New Yiddish Music, New Yiddish Song, and The Kiselgof-Makonovetsky Archive, among many others, has revealed new horizons, changed how we understand cultural history, and inspired new artistic creation. Hundreds of workshop faculty artists and thousands of participants from Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Japan, and elsewhere who met at YSW now make up an international learning community that flourishes on mutual appreciation, cooperation, and respect. 

Tonight’s concert presents the faculty artists teaching the second week of workshops this year.

No reserved seating, no seat guarantee after the start of the concert or for dance events.

Program changes are possible and will be announced on www.yiddishsummer.eu. In case an outdoor event has to be canceled after more than 45 minutes of the program due to weather or other reasons beyond our control, the admission fee will not be refunded.
